That’s why we have a transparent and customer-friendly Refund and Return Policy to guide you through the process smoothly and fairly.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The item was purchased directly from https://dianadeals.store

  • The return request is made within 30 days of receiving the product

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Items returned that do not meet these criteria may not qualify for a refund or may incur a restocking fee.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at support@dianadeals.store with the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including the return address and any labels required.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking information for your records.

  • Diana Deals is not responsible for returns lost in transit.


5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • In case of a partial return, only the amount for the returned product will be refunded.

Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund to your account.


6. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item and would like a replacement, please contact us immediately at support@dianadeals.store. Depending on the item and availability, we may offer an exchange, store credit, or full refund.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)

  • Contact your bank (some banks take longer to process refunds)

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We strive to deliver products in perfect condition, but in rare cases, items may be damaged during shipping or you may receive the wrong product. If this happens:

  • Email us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number, product details, and clear photos

  • We’ll investigate and resolve the issue promptly, either by reshipping the correct item or issuing a refund


9. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they haven’t been shipped yet. If the order has already been processed or dispatched, we won’t be able to cancel it. In that case, please follow the standard return process after you receive your item.
